Annual Grant Application Deadline - January 15th

Non-charities who partnered with a charity in previous years on a grant project, are considered new applicants and must complete an Organization Profile Form, which can be found under the Information for New Applicants tab.

Applicant Guide for Community Impact and Mini Grant Programs - For Campbellford/Seymour Geographic area only - Complete an Organization Profile Form to determine your organization's eligibility to apply. Ensure you have the required documents scanned and ready to upload to the form before starting the process. We suggest submitting this by December 15th to give us time to review and respond. Please note that email confirmation of your submission may take a few moments to appear.

Once CFCSN staff have reviewed your Organization Profile Form and your organization is deemed eligible to apply, the automated application process, as outlined in the application guide, will begin.

Applicant Guide for Community Impact and Mini Grant Programs - For Campbellford/Seymour Geographic area only - Complete the Grant Application Request Form and submit. Ensure you enter the email that has been used for previous year's grant applications as that is the email connected to your organization's record in our new online system. If unsure of which email we have on file, please call 705-653-2005 or 705-653-6766 (Martha's mobile).

Budget & Project Funding Details - Download the spreadsheet to complete and upload with grant application
Grant Terms and Conditions - Outlines the terms and conditions of the grant. Grantees will be required to sign a Letter of Agreement stating that they understand and will comply with the Grant Terms and Conditions.
